As an ERP Business Systems Analyst, you will design, implement, and support ERP solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Navision. You will collaborate with teams to ensure systems operate effectively, providing hands-on support and resolving incidents. This role involves aligning system functionality with organizational goals and contributing to business process improvements. The position requires analyzing business needs and assisting in the design and implementation of ERP solutions. You'll also provide support for ERP-related incidents and delivering timely resolutions. In addition, you will maintain and support legacy ERP systems while assisting in the transition to modern solutions.
Must have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field like Computer Science or Business.
  • 3-5 years of experience in ERP system support or analysis.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP systems.
  • Experience in data analysis, process mapping in an ERP environment.
  • Solid communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, PowerApps, Flow).
  • Familiarity with project implementation methodologies and tools (e.g., LCS, DevOps).
Good to have:
  • Certification in Dynamics 365 or a related ERP system is a plus.

About the Role
As an ERP Business Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting ERP solutions that meet the evolving needs of the business. In this position, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure systems operate effectively and efficiently, contributing to impactful business outcomes.

  • Analyze business needs and assist in the design and implementation of ERP solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Navision and related platforms.
  • Collaborate with business users and IT teams to document, test, and deploy system enhancements.
  • Provide hands-on support for ERP-related incidents and deliver timely resolutions.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to align system functionality with organizational goals.
  • Maintain and support legacy ERP systems while assisting in the transition to modern solutions.
  • Contribute to the improvement of business processes by identifying and implementing ERP system enhancements.
Must-Have Superhero Gadgetry 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in ERP system support or business systems analysis.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance and Operations, Business Central) or comparable ERP systems.
  • Experience with data analysis, process mapping, and problem-solving in an ERP environment.
  • Solid communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment..
  • Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, PowerApps, Flow).
  • Familiarity with project implementation methodologies and tools (e.g., LCS, DevOps).
  • Certification in Dynamics 365 or a related ERP system is a plus.
 
Salary Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $90,000 - 105,000 annually.​Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
