SportyBet is seeking an experienced and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our social media efforts and manage a growing team of three to four social media executives. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for football, deep knowledge of the sports betting industry, and the ability to develop and execute effective social media strategies across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of social media executives, ensuring smooth execution of the social media strategy across all channels.
- Develop and refine the overall social media strategy, ensuring alignment with SportyBet’s brand and marketing objectives.
- Oversee the creation and curation of high-quality, engaging content across platforms such as Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook, with a strong focus on football and sports betting.
- Manage and optimise social media advertising campaigns to maximise performance and return on investment (ROI).
- Analyse social media performance data and use insights to guide strategy adjustments and team focus.
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices within the sports betting and football industries.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, sports personalities, and local football communities to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proven experience managing social media teams and strategies for brands in the sports or betting industry.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to oversee multiple projects and platforms simultaneously.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills, able to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Creative, innovative, and capable of driving engaging campaigns that resonate with football fans.
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently, while leading a remote team.
- Knowledge of the sports betting and online gaming industry is a significant plus.
