岗位职责
1.负责HOK东南亚赛事体系搭建，根据产品特性以及当地市场变化，调整赛事框架，制定符合当地市场的电竞发展策略以不断提升HOK东南亚赛事影响力。
2.负责HOK东南亚赛事项目管理，协调东南亚各区域本土团队的赛事筹备/执行工作，以及与合作部门共同推进赛事落地。把控包括项目预算规划，项目标准梳理，赛事方案规划，供应商管理，赛事落地等相关工作。
3.保持对于赛事数据，赛事生态的关注，监控关键数据表现，根据用户反馈和市场洞察持续优化赛事执行，促进赛事关键数据增长。
4.跟进赛事与市场发行合作，通过如战队合作，全民赛，赛事造星等辅助当地游戏发行。探索以及优化赛事助力游戏发行的策略，保持赛事与市场，运营等各部门紧密合作，促进电竞用户转化。
岗位要求
1.本科及以上学历，3年以上电竞领域相关经验，有海外电竞赛事筹备/运营经验优先；
2.逻辑性强、认真负责，有良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力以及项目管理能力；
3.热爱游戏，有较强的合作精神与抗压能力，能适应国内与国际赛事出差节奏；
4.具备流畅英语听说读写交流能力，良好的远程跨团队合作能力。
