岗位职责
岗位职责
- 根据发行策略以及产品和市场特性，跨团队协作完成PUBGM和HOK在拉美的各类电竞赛事（如职业赛、大众赛、校园赛等）的策划和落地，跟进追踪赛事效果，沉淀经验，持续优化。
- 统筹协调各类电竞赛事的运营工作，完成内外部渠道的宣发推广及持续运营，促进参赛用户数量和观赛用户增长，提升赛事影响力；
- 对内与团队其他模块（如市场、运营）紧密合作，优化赛事助力发行。对外协调总部和区域团队沟通，确保信息传达及时准确，执行到位。

岗位要求
- 本科及以上学历，3年以上电竞领域相关经验，有海外电竞赛事筹备/运营经验优先；
- 热爱游戏和电竞，对国内/海外电竞赛事有持续关注和分析；
- 逻辑性强、认真负责，有良好的团队合作精神和抗压能力，适应海外出差；
- 良好的远程跨团队合作和沟通能力，英语口语流利，可作为工作语言。有西语/葡语能力优先。
