Tesla seeks a highly motivated Event Coordinator in Utrecht to manage sales-supporting activities. Reporting to the Customer Engagement lead, this role involves frequent travel nationwide. Responsibilities include implementing a comprehensive event calendar (test drives, lead generation, corporate events), planning regional activities (pop-ups, store openings), collaborating with internal/external teams on marketing materials, evaluating program success, and ensuring brand compliance. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication skills, local market knowledge, and experience organizing end-to-end sales campaigns. Additional duties may include event fleet management.
Must have:
- Organize and run end-to-end sales events
- Excellent project management skills
- Self-driven and able to plan independently
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Fluent in local language and English
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively

Tesla is looking for a highly motivated Event Coordinator to manage various activities to support sales goals in the market.
The role reports to the Customer Engagement lead and will require frequent travel to stores and events across the country. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong interpersonal and communication skills and good local knowledge of the market.
- Supporting the implementation of a comprehensive event calendar with centralized tracking of test drive events, lead generation events, and external corporate events
- Assist in the planning and execution of regional activities including pop-up & self-serve locations, store openings, test drive and lead generation events
- Work with our internal Design and Content teams as well as external vendors on consistent and effective messaging of customer facing documents, promotional materials and branding to build compelling experiences, that will build awareness, engage and convert
- Evaluate and track the success of programs and campaigns
- Ensure compliance with global brand strategy and corporate identity for Tesla
- Other Responsibilities: Perform other related duties as assigned, based on the business need (e.g. event fleet management)
- Experience organising and running end to end sales campaigns and events
- You have great project managing skills and love to coordinate
- You are self-driven and able to plan from start to finish
- You are good at managing several things at once
- You speak local language and English fluently
- Drivers license and ability to travel throughout the country on a regular basis
