Role Overview:
As the Execution Services Team Leader, you will play a crucial role leading the team that develops and maintains our connections to various cryptocurrency exchanges, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of our trading systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of developers focused on exchange connectivity
Design and implement robust, high-performance connectivity solutions for multiple crypto exchanges.
Collaborate with trading teams to understand and meet their connectivity requirements
Ensure the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of our exchange integration systems
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in cryptocurrency exchange APIs and protocols
Troubleshoot and resolve complex connectivity issues in a fast-paced trading environment
Set team strategy, plan workloads and act as the conduit connecting business priorities with team outcomes

The ideal candidate will have

Extensive experience in software development (ideally gained in a top tier HFT firm), with a focus on order management and entry, or experience in market data will also be relevant for this role
Strong knowledge of exchange APIs, websockets, and low-latency communication protocols
Proficiency in relevant programming languages (C++ required, Python and Typescript beneficial)
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a remote setting
