The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Assistant (EA) to provide high-level administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role requires exceptional communication skills and attention to detail. What you'll Do
Acting as a liaison for the support sites
First point of contact for visitors and vendors, including managing building access and assist local and global teams in information gathering and communicating up to date information.
Plan in-house or external events like group events, celebrations and conferences
Interfacing with Human Resource and Employee Resource Center team and coordinating Employee Training activities
Tracking and helping drive completion of key deliverables and following up on outstanding items
Work closely with other EAs and support them in their absence What you need to succeed
10+ Years of experience as Executive Assistant , supporting C-level executives.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with Outlook and MS tools
Experience in Travel management (Domestic, International travel, visas processes, Office and meeting room management, event management and logistics management
