The Opportunity
"Located at our Bozeman, Montana headquarters, this role is responsible for providing primary administrative support to the CEO with overflow support to other executives as needed. In addition to providing day-to-day executive support, this person will also oversee scheduling and preparation activities related to recurring executive team and Board meetings.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working independently to deliver high quality, highly reliable support across a wide range of administrative activities. The successful candidate will have the ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, while remaining flexible, resourceful and efficient, exhibiting a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
