Responsibilities

Improve efficiency and productivity through calendar, inbox management, and other administrative support needs.

Key Competencies

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Ability to be autonomous and require a set process.
Ensuring accuracy in tasks such as document preparation, travel arrangements, and correspondence.

Experience

5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
Managed complex scheduling, handling an intricate calendar across multiple departments and time zones.
Oversaw all travel arrangements, ensuring seamless executive travel logistics, including flights, hotels, and meeting prep.
Led meeting coordination, from scheduling leadership team meetings to preparing executive-level presentations and follow-ups.

Total Starting Compensation including Base + Bonus + Equity: $70,000

Location: Las Vegas HQ - Onsite for 5 days per week.
