The Executive Assistant will be responsible for assisting in day-to-day business operations, including organizing and managing calendars and agendas, organizing strategic meetings, managing inboxes, preparing presentations, and following up on activities. They will ensure a smooth and professional workflow, communicate with internal and external stakeholders, and support the BL management team in various areas like planning meetings, compiling materials, and managing agendas. Additionally, they will handle expense reporting, travel management, support report and data extraction, assist with contract management and approvals, and handle confidential matters. The role requires taking ownership and personal accountability for tasks.
