The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco:

We’re looking for a high-performing, trusted Executive Assistant to partner closely with our Chief People Officer (CPO) and play a critical role in enabling the effectiveness and impact of the People Team. This is not a traditional EA role—it’s a strategic, high-trust position at the heart of our operating rhythm.

As the right hand to the CPO, you’ll provide proactive administrative, logistical, and project-related support while also partnering closely with the People Communications & Strategic Programs lead. Together, you’ll ensure that executive priorities are advanced, communications are aligned, and that key meetings, deliverables, and decisions are coordinated with precision.

The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, highly discreet, and thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. You are a calm, organized force who brings structure to ambiguity and elevates those around you.

The Opportunity:

  • Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the CPO, including complex calendar management, meeting prioritization, and preparation
  • Partner closely with the People Communications & Strategic Programs lead to ensure alignment of meetings, QBRs, board materials, and people team communications
  • Manage and coordinate key People Team forums including team meetings, off-sites, leadership sessions, and global People QBRs
  • Plan and execute seamless international and domestic travel, with attention to detail and contingency planning
  • Draft and prepare executive-ready briefing materials, pre-reads, and meeting follow-ups with clarity and polish
  • Anticipate needs, filter distractions, and protect the CPO’s time for the most critical strategic priorities
  • Act as a liaison to the People Leadership Team and other executives, managing sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion
  • Own and drive special projects from concept to completion, often in coordination with cross-functional partners

What Success Looks Like

  • The CPO operates at full strategic leverage—focused, informed, and freed from administrative noise
  • Executive communications and People team deliverables land on time, on message, and with a high degree of polish
  • The People Team operates with clarity and coordination—meetings have purpose, decisions have follow-through, and logistics don’t get in the way
  • The EA is seen as a trusted extension of the CPO’s office, influencing outcomes and raising the bar for partnership, accountability, and execution

How Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me?

  • Proven experience supporting senior executives (C-level preferred), ideally in People/HR functions and fast-growth environments
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguity and manage across multiple time zones
  • Strong project management and stakeholder coordination experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable creating executive-level materials
  • Experience working in a multi-time zone, international environment.
  • High integrity, sound judgment, and unwavering discretion when handling confidential information
  • Based in Silicon Valley, CA, and commutable to Redwood City.

If you are an experienced, proactive professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you!
