EXECUTIVE PRESENTATION DESIGNER

Compensation Range: $96.55 - 97.00 per hour

Cella is looking for an Executive Presentation Designer to join our client's Chief Business Officer team for a hybrid opportunity in San Francisco!

As an Executive Presentation Designer, you will be responsible for guiding and creating clear and engaging presentations and project assets for the Chief Business Officer Leadership team. You will empower both executive and independent contributor team members to align and scale their work, connecting it to our client's one-company roadmap and mission. This is a role for a seasoned individual contributor who will provide high-level strategy and leadership while also producing high-quality materials related to the Chief Business Office goals.

Responsibilities:

• Partner closely with Leadership from concept to delivery to prepare materials and build simple, beautiful, and compelling stories that meet the company and team's goals and objectives.
• Create simple, crisp visual narratives to engage a variety of audiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate relevant insights, including business trends, financial data, consumer analysis, and operational plans, into the presentation focus area.
• Implement a streamlined intake and prioritization process to efficiently organize and assemble creative work such as pitch decks and printed prototypes.
• Liaise between relevant stakeholders to communicate and coordinate the delivery of projects and all associated materials, ensuring all supplies and materials are available for presentation needs.
• Execute the production of designs and assets for various presentations, working with printers, production companies, and internal teams to support the team's needs.
• Stay updated on both external and internal presentation trends and brand standards to ensure the highest quality and innovative approaches.
• Provide ongoing presentation guidance to the Chief Business Officer team, identifying opportunities to scale work and/or train team members on presentation and storytelling best practices.
• Participate in ad hoc projects as requested.

Qualifications:

• Experience level: Experienced
• Education: Bachelors
• 10+ years of experience in presentation design.
• Expert knowledge in presentation programs such as Google Slides, Keynote, Figma, etc., to create presentations readable in multiple formats (e.g., computer, mobile).
• Experience in making complex information, tools, and services easily digestible for audiences, including Board members and Executives.
• Experience writing content principles, messaging frameworks, and style guides for various projects or product areas.
• Seasoned internal and external communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and an understanding of macro-level outcomes.
• A keen eye for design and aesthetics to create well-thought-out presentations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ever-changing startup environment.
