Key Responsibilities:
- Lead an internal marketing and brand agency dedicated to creating high-quality, engaging content that promotes virality and brand awareness.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the client and various brands, focusing on building and nurturing long-term, collaborative relationships.
- Conceptualize and execute large-scale brand activations and stunts that effectively showcase brands and generate buzz.
- Manage the marketing/production calendar for all efforts across the organization and its partners, ensuring timely and seamless execution.
- Inspire and lead your team to deliver a unified vision for each project, fostering creativity, collaboration, and confidence within the team.
- Oversee multiple productions simultaneously for various brands, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality.
Key Requirements:
- Proven expertise in viral content creation with a deep understanding of audience engagement.
- Confidence in pitching ideas and content in a clear, concise, and creative manner.
- Extensive experience in developing multi-content strategies, leading teams to create content that aligns with brand strategies and drives engagement.
- Knowledge of contracts and brand agreements, with the ability to work closely with legal teams to negotiate and finalize partnerships.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and inspire a team while maintaining a focus on innovation and results.
