About the team Talent Acquisition Center-Executive Search develops a professional delivery strategy aligned with business objectives, analyzing the skills needed for strategic positions and refining our search methods to identify suitable candidates. Responsibilities - Design and implement inclusive search strategies for senior-level appointments across functions and regions, targeting top industry talent; - Utilize diverse sourcing techniques, including talent mapping and referrals, to identify and assess executive prospects; - Conduct comprehensive market research to identify talent trends and opportunities, preparing reports and presentations for the marketing team; - Collaborate with HR and hiring managers, providing guidance on best practices and market insights to ensure a positive experience for leaders and candidates; - Communicate ByteDance’s employer brand and value proposition effectively to enhance visibility and appeal in the talent market.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in executive-level hiring, ideally in high-tech, marketing/advertising, media, or related fields; - Proven ability to build relationships with executive candidates in a global context, with strong talent mapping skills; - Proficient in sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn, Boolean search, and social media for effective candidate mapping; - Exceptional interpersonal communication and organizational skills, adept at fostering trust-based relationships with candidates and cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications - Entrepreneurial mindset and creative problem-solving ability; - Strong sense of personal accountability, integrity, and authenticity in all professional interactions. 【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $124800 - $280800 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

We cover 100% premium coverage for employee medical insurance, approximately 75% premium coverage for dependents and offer a Health Savings Account(HSA) with a company match. As well as Dental, Vision, Short/Long term Disability, Basic Life, Voluntary Life and AD&D insurance plans. In addition to Flexible Spending Account(FSA) Options like Health Care, Limited Purpose and Dependent Care.

Our time off and leave plans are: 10 paid holidays per year plus 17 days of Paid Personal Time Off (PPTO) (prorated upon hire and increased by tenure) and 10 paid sick days per year as well as 12 weeks of paid Parental leave and 8 weeks of paid Supplemental Disability.
