Experienced Data Analyst (Growth)

• Act as a key bridge between business and technical teams on all data-related initiatives, establishing efficient tracking and reporting frameworks while ensuring high standards of data quality and integrity.
• Develop dynamic dashboards and insightful reports to drive company-wide understanding of key business metrics and foster data-driven decision-making.
• Experimentation & Analytics: Lead A/B testing strategies and conduct deep-dive analyses using Amplitude and BigQuery to provide critical insights that drive revenue growth and product enhancements.
• Key point of contact for the Growth Team: Deliver key performance metrics, accurate forecasts, and essential data insights to the marketing, sales, and ADN (internal ad network) teams, empowering them with the intelligence needed for strategic growth.

Profile

• You possess substantial experience in analytical roles, ideally within a web or mobile company.
• You are highly skilled in SQL and have a proven track record of working with pipelines that handle large and complex data sets.
• You have practical experience with Amplitude or a visualisation tool (Mixpanel, Tableau, Looker, Power BI), and can create dashboards that are shared company-wide, facilitating data-driven decision-making across departments.
• You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and can balance the tradeoff between time-consuming development and rapid results.
• Advanced knowledge of Amplitude will be considered a significant advantage.
