The Expert Lead Designer plays a crucial role in shaping the gameplay experience of a new game. Working closely with the Design Director, Studio Product Director, and Technical Leads, this individual will lead a multidisciplinary team, defining gameplay experiences, mission design, world-building, and encounters. The role demands a strategic approach and hands-on involvement, ensuring the game delivers cutting-edge, immersive gameplay while collaborating across disciplines to maintain design excellence and technical feasibility. This is a hybrid role combining remote and in-office work.

ROLE OVERVIEW_
The Expert Lead Designer works closely with the Design Director, Studio Product Director and Technical Leads to shape gameplay experiences, mission design, world-building, and encounters, ensuring that the game delivers cutting-edge, immersive gameplay.
The role is both strategic and hands-on. The Expert lead designer leads a multidisciplinary team of designers while collaborating with other disciplines to ensure design excellence and technical feasibility.
Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager.
