Expert Lead Designer

The Expert Lead Designer works closely with the Design Director, Studio Product Director, and Technical Leads to shape gameplay experiences, mission design, world-building, and encounters, ensuring the game delivers cutting-edge, immersive gameplay. This role is both strategic and hands-on, leading a multidisciplinary team of designers while collaborating with other disciplines to ensure design excellence and technical feasibility. Responsibilities include shaping gameplay, leading a team, collaborating across disciplines, and ensuring design meets technical feasibility. The position offers a hybrid work model combining remote and in-office work.
