The Internship Experience
As an intern at ZURU you’ll have the opportunity to learn the foundations, strategies and skills that drive the success of some of the world’s biggest Toy & FMCG brands from some of the brightest and most innovative minds in the industry, including our CEO and Co-Founder, Nick Mowbray. This is an internship unlike any other, you’ll gain invaluable experience developing skills, including business strategy, negotiation and commercial acumen, while working on projects on a global scale.
To kick off the internship you’ll have a comprehensive onboarding experience, which gives you the opportunity to connect with other interns, leaders, the wider team, and learn essential skills that will help you succeed and add value during your internship, all while having fun! Throughout the internship you’ll be working on projects within your specific team, but will always be connected to the wider intern cohort through activities such as, weekly catch ups, content creation and end of year celebrations! You’ll wrap up your time at ZURU with a presentation about what you’ve achieved to your fellow interns and team members.
About You
We’re looking for dedicated and driven students, who demonstrate positivity and humility and share our passion for ZURU. If you’re wanting an internship where you can get stuck in to fulfilling work and exciting projects and you have a mindset around continuous improvement and challenging the status quo then we want to hear from you!
We take students from a range of backgrounds and degrees into lots of different teams. In 2023 we had interns join across our Commercial, Marketing, People & Culture, Logistics, NPD & Operations, and Data & Analytics teams.

About The Company
ZURU Tech is developing a project to completely change the way buildings are designed and built. We are creating the world's first building information modelling application that is fully connected to a Industry 4.0 capable factory to manufacture any building. We are disrupting the building industry with an international team of highly motivated and skilled people collaborating to create a fully integrated construction experience. In addition, our engineering teams are providing solutions and ensuring innovation across the wider ZURU Group (Toys/Edge/Tech).
