Job Description

As an External Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships within your region (Benelux). You will develop and implement commercial actions to increase the market share of hydraulic attachments. Actively manage existing customer relationships and expand your customer portfolio. Schedule, prepare, and execute customer visits based on a well-thought-out account plan in Salesforce. Analyze customer needs and translate them into concrete solutions, in consultation with technical colleagues. Collaborate with the internal service team for a seamless customer experience.
Must have:
  • Proven experience in field sales in a technical environment.
  • Strong communication skills, able to convey technical info clearly.
  • Fluent in Dutch and French.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus).
  • Flexible, customer-oriented, and structured in your approach.

Job Details

Jouw rol en verantwoordelijkheden

  • Als External Sales Advisor ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en onderhouden van klantrelaties binnen jouw regio (Benelux)

  • Ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van commerciële acties om het marktaandeel van hydraulische attachments te vergroten

  • Actief beheren van bestaande klantenrelaties en gericht uitbreiden van je klantenportefeuille

  • Klantbezoeken inplannen, voorbereiden en uitvoeren op basis van een doordachte accountplanning in Salesforce

  • Klantbehoeften analyseren en omzetten in concrete oplossingen, in overleg met technische collega's

  • Samenwerken met het binnendienstteam voor een naadloze klantbeleving

Jouw profiel

  • Aantoonbare ervaring in buitendienstverkoop in een technische omgeving. Ervaring met hydraulische attachments is een pluspunt.

  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en in staat om technische info begrijpelijk over te brengen

  • Vloeiend in Nederlands en Frans

  • Vertrouwd met Microsoft Office en CRM-systemen (Salesforce is een plus)

  • Flexibel, klantgericht en gestructureerd in je aanpak
