Responsibilities
- Aircraft Load Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of aircraft loads, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
- Spectrum Generation & Kt Calculation: Utilise extensive experience in spectrum generation and Kt calculation to enhance structural integrity.
- Fatigue & Damage Tolerance (F&DT): Perform advanced F&DT calculations for aircraft fuselage or Wing or Pylon sections, ensuring durability and compliance with industry standards.
- ISAMI Modules Proficiency: Expertly handle ISAMI modules, including crack and joint models, and prepare comprehensive ISAMI templates.
- Fuselage Structure Analysis: Conduct precise sizing and stress analysis of fuselage or wing or pylon structures and interfaces using hand calculations and numerical simulations (FEM).
- Numerical Modeling & Reporting: Experience in Numerical modeling, post-processing FE data, and reporting of the results .
- Stress Dossier Writing: Craft thorough and well-structured stress dossiers, showcasing technical expertise and attention to detail.
- Excel Macros: Leverage strong skills in Excel macros to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
