Job Description

This role involves overseeing facility repair and maintenance across all Czech locations, including supervising staff and coordinating with contractors. The responsibilities also include managing car fleet-related matters, such as rental agreements, vehicle servicing, and insurance claims. Additional duties include preparing and managing project budgets, ensuring compliance with health and safety policies, and tracking facility-related costs. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in English and Microsoft Office. Experience with SAP is highly desirable.

Job Details

General Maintenance (All CZ Sites):
 
  • Full responsibility for the supervision and coordination of facility repair and maintenance activities across all Czech locations.
  • Prepare and maintain records of all maintenance activities.
  • Supervise facilities staff and coordinate with external contractors and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and cleanliness procedures in all buildings.
  • Organize and manage facility installations and upgrades.
  • Monitor both interior and exterior areas of buildings for cleanliness and general upkeep.
  • Oversee and allocate tasks to support staff.

Car Fleet Management (CZ):
 
  • Oversee all company car-related matters in the Czech Republic.
  • Negotiate and manage rental agreements.
  • Coordinate vehicle handovers and returns.
  • Handle servicing, cleaning, accident reporting, and insurance claims.
  • Administer GPS systems and maintain related data.
  • Monitor and manage parking space allocation.
  • Order and manage fuel cards.

Additional Responsibilities:
 
  • Delegate tasks effectively within the team.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets and timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Provide support and documentation for audits.
  • Track all facility-related costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Complete and maintain the ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) file for all European sites.

Core Competencies:
 
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with a variety of people.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with SAP is highly desirable.
