This role will assist the Facilities Maintenance Manager in managing the minor building fabric and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) aspects of projects. The primary responsibility is to ensure the timely delivery of these projects while upholding high-quality standards. The role involves overseeing various building fabric and MEP tasks associated with minor works projects within the facilities.
