Tesla seeks an enthusiastic Facility Management Intern for its EMEA Sales and Service Infrastructure Development team in Amsterdam. This 6-month, full-time internship (starting February 2025) involves developing facility administration processes for statutory compliance, partnering with stakeholders, analyzing data and operational efficiencies, conducting audits, managing FM systems, and supporting scalable programs to enhance EMEA facilities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proficient in process analysis and documentation, a strong communicator, adept at managing multiple projects, and a team player with C1 English proficiency. Interns must be enrolled in education throughout the internship.

- Develop essential facility administration processes to aid the management of statutory compliance

- Conduct thorough audits to gauge program performance and impact
- Oversee the identification, deployment, and review of Facility Management systems

- Proficient in analyzing and documenting business processes
- Competence in presenting complex topics succinctly and clearly

- Level C1 in English (written and spoken), with additional language abilities beneficial
