Tesla is on an ambitious trajectory to expand across the EMEA region, establishing numerous sales locations, service, and collision centers across various countries. We are seeking an enthusiastic Facility Management Intern to join our EMEA Sales and Service Infrastructure Development team. This role will play a pivotal part in ensuring continuous improvement projects are successfully implemented across the facilities management organization, focusing on delivering the highest standards of asset management and maintenance strategy.

• Develop essential facility administration processes to aid the management of statutory compliance
• Foster strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure program success
• Execute detailed analyses of data, costs, and operational efficiencies
• Conduct thorough audits to gauge program performance and impact
• Oversee the identification, deployment, and review of Facility Management systems
• Support the management of robust, scalable programs to enhance operations across EMEA facilities
