Job Description

The Fashion Advisor's role is to provide an exceptional customer experience every time by making customers feel comfortable, listening to their needs, and inspiring confidence.

A typical day (what you will do daily)

• Offer an exceptional shopping experience that fosters positive customer relationships and loyalty.
• Act as a cashier while leveraging your knowledge of sales, promotion, and product knowledge to increase related item purchases.
• Tour the sales floor and ensure all visual presentation standards are met.

Qualifications

Desired profile (what you will bring)

• Experience in sales or customer service, an asset.
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment while committing to providing an exceptional customer experience.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
