ABOUT THE TEAM
In 2011, we launched our own collection with the mission of presenting the latest trend / fast fashion products at affordable prices.
The Trendyol Private Label Team combines fashion with technology at every process from Design to Production and Supply Chain, working closely with our partners to deliver the same goal: Offering our customers the perfect fashion shopping experience!
We are all working with the same purpose: To create a positive impact in our ecosystem by enabling commerce through technology.
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leading and mentoring the womenswear design team across multiple categories
- Setting and driving the creative vision for each season
- Ensuring that all designs are well-matched, trend driven and true to the brand style
- Overseeing the full product life cycle, from initial concept to final sample
- Collaborating closely with buying, merchandising and marketing teams to align creative with commercial targets
- Monitoring fashion trends, market activity and customer preferences
- Inspiring innovation while maintaining a strong commercial mindset
QUALITIES WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience in a management-level womenswear design role
- 7+ years of experience in womanswear design, including leadership or senior- level roles
- Confidence in giving creative direction and leading team execution
- Excellent understanding of product development and category planning
- A natural leader with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Genuine passion for fashion, storytelling and design innovation
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

We offer a hybrid model that combines the productivity of remote work with the bonding and collaboration of in-office work. Teams are expected to work from our offices on designated days each week, fostering team spirit, creativity and cross team collaboration as part of our culture.
We also provide a summer working model, with a two-month fully remote work opportunity during July and August.
The hybrid working model only applies to hybrid roles; on-site roles require regular office presence.
