Field Applications Manager

Description

1. Take ownership of driving design wins in assigned target accounts.  
2. Organize and conduct customer visits, delivering technical product presentations, demonstrations, and deploying value propositions effectively. 
3. Three-phase BLDC drive control, including consultative services, on-site troubleshooting, and fault analysis.  
4. Solid knowledge in motor and driver hardware design, software for motor control is a plus. 
5. Design and develop custom product and application solutions aligned with customer needs.  
6. Collaborate with customers and potential clients to seamlessly integrate specific technologies into their products or systems. 
7. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between customers and product development teams to ensure successful product implementation and customer satisfaction. 

1. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Power Electronics, Control Theory, Control Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automatic Control, or a related field. 
2. Strong understanding of various motor working principles, with a focus on brushless DC motors (BLDC) operation and control. 
3. Ideally should have at least 8 years of experience as an FAE or AE in motor products, or a combination with a minimum of 3 years in R&D of high-performance motor drive products. 
4. Previous experience working for a motor control IC supplier within the semiconductor industry is preferred. 
5. Excellent English communication skills. 
6. Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, start-up environment. 
7. He is willing to provide technical support and is open to traveling domestically to various cities in China.
