The Field Operations Technician is responsible for providing operational support for a range of TES equipment and systems used in field settings. This role involves schedule and supervision on conduct of operator level and preventive maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance of TES equipment and compliance with safety standards. The technician will utilize substantial knowledge of the TES equipment to address moderately complex issues, offer recommendations, and ensure equipment readiness for deployment. The position typically requires supervision and collaboration with both direct teams and broader operational groups to maintain efficiency.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Schedule and supervise the conduct of operator level and preventive maintenance, testing and troubleshooting of equipment, ensuring proper functionality and compliance with safety standards.
- Provide supervision on operator level maintenance and manage battery charging schedule, including charging scheduling, tracking of battery health, and maintaining upkeep of charging facilities.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, making informed recommendations to improve equipment availability.
- Set up and operate electronic systems at field sites, supporting equipment deployment and operations.
- Maintain accurate records of operator level and preventive maintenance checks and system performance data as per company protocols.
- Conduct training of users on the proper operation, operator level and general maintenance of the TES equipment, providing guidance and support.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and problem resolution.
- Follow safety, quality, and environmental protocols, adhering to company policies and standards.
- Assist in setting up, maintaining, and packing down field facilities and accommodations during operations.
- Perform any reasonable work assigned.
