What You’ll Do

The Field Sales Supervisor is a dynamic and results-driven leader responsible for managing and developing a team of Field Sales Representatives within a designated geographic area. This role focuses on driving sales growth by actively acquiring new customers, fostering a positive customer experience, and ensuring team members consistently achieve and exceed sales targets. The Field Sales Supervisor will work primarily outdoors, engaging directly with potential customers in various environments and weather conditions.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership & Management:
    • Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team of Field Sales Representatives.
    • Conduct regular team meetings, one-on-one coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
    • Monitor and manage team performance, providing constructive feedback and implementing corrective actions as needed.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Sales Performance & Strategy:
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
    • Oversee the daily operations of the sales team, ensuring efficient lead generation and customer acquisition.
    • Actively participate in field sales activities, demonstrating effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Customer Experience:
    • Ensure the team provides exceptional customer service and builds strong customer relationships.
    • Maintain a thorough understanding of SimpliSafe products and services to effectively address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
    • Monitor customer feedback and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Field Operations:
    • Manage sales territories and optimize team coverage.
    • Work primarily outdoors in various weather conditions, engaging directly with potential customers.
    • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
    • Accurately record and report all sales activities.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  
  • Results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, outdoor environment, including varying weather conditions.
  • Knowledge of home security products and services preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Proficient with CRM software and Google Docs.
