Job Description
As a Field Service Technician (Electrician) for Tesla's Energy and Charging Field Service team in Croatia, you'll be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation of renewable energy storage products and superchargers. Daily tasks involve traveling to various sites to perform preventive maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting, repairs, and commissioning activities. This role requires expertise in electricity and power systems, a passion for renewable energy, and strong communication skills. You'll act as the primary point of contact for contractors, conduct root cause analysis, and provide feedback to engineering teams. International travel may be required. The position demands a proactive, independent work ethic, organizational abilities, and fluency in Croatian and English. An EU passport or work permit is mandatory.

- Low and Medium Voltage systems knowledge

In your day-to-day responsibilities, you will be travelling to sites and perform preventive maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting and repairs along with commissioning activities across various locations within Croatia. What You’ll Do- Perform all on-site technical activities: related to the installation, commissioning, repair, maintenance of our Energy storage and Supercharging network in Croatia and abroad when needed
- Troubleshoot and perform root - cause analysis, both remotely and on-site
- Stakeholder managment - act as the first point of contact to contractors
- Prevent recurring issues and provide feedback to the engineering teams
- Organizational tasks, like preparing, organizing, and planning your own technical activities
- Experience as a technician in the electrical engineering field
- Experience with Low- and Medium Voltage electrical systems, High Voltage is a plus
- A passion for renewable energy
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently, motivated and a proactive attitude
- Flexible towards travelling
- Fluency in Croatia and a good command of English
- An EU passport or work permit is needed for this position
