Tesla seeks a Field Service Technician (Electrician) in the Zadar Region, Croatia, to maintain and repair their Energy Storage and Supercharging networks. Responsibilities include on-site installation, commissioning, repair, and maintenance of low- and medium-voltage electrical systems (high-voltage experience is a plus). The role requires troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, stakeholder management, preventing recurring issues, and collaborating with engineering teams. International travel may be required. The ideal candidate possesses electrical engineering experience, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude. Fluency in Croatian and English is mandatory, along with an EU passport or work permit.

What to ExpectWhat You’ll Bring
As a Field Service Technician in our Energy and Charging Field Service team, you will play a vital role in making sure both our Renewable Energy Storage products and our Superchargers are operating at their best. In your day-to-day responsibilities, you will be travelling to sites and perform preventive maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting and repairs along with commissioning activities across various locations within Croatia. What You’ll Do- Perform all on-site technical activities: related to the installation, commissioning, repair, maintenance of our Energy storage and Supercharging network in Croatia and abroad when needed
- Troubleshoot and perform root - cause analysis, both remotely and on-site
- Stakeholder managment - act as the first point of contact to contractors
- Prevent recurring issues and provide feedback to the engineering teams
- Organizational tasks, like preparing, organizing, and planning your own technical activities
- Experience as a technician in the electrical engineering field
- Experience with Low- and Medium Voltage electrical systems, High Voltage is a plus
- A passion for renewable energy
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently, motivated and a proactive attitude
- Flexible towards travelling
- Fluency in Croatia and a good command of English
- An EU passport or work permit is needed for this position
