Field Service Technician, Industrial Storage / Supercharging - Helsinki

As a Field Service Technician for Tesla's Energy and Charging Field Service team in Helsinki, you'll ensure the optimal performance of renewable energy storage products and Superchargers. Daily responsibilities include traveling to various Finnish sites (and potentially abroad) for preventive maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting, repairs, and commissioning. You'll conduct on-site technical activities, troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, manage stakeholders, prevent recurring problems, and provide feedback to engineering teams. Organizational tasks like planning and preparing technical activities are also included. This role requires expertise in electrical engineering, particularly with low- and medium-voltage systems (high-voltage experience is a plus).
