Job Description
As a Field Service Technician at Tesla, you'll be responsible for maintaining the optimal performance of energy storage products and Superchargers. Your daily tasks will involve traveling to various sites across Poland (and potentially abroad) to conduct preventive maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting, repairs, and commissioning activities. This role requires expertise in electricity and power systems, including low and medium voltage (high voltage experience is a plus). You will act as the primary point of contact for contractors, troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with engineering teams to prevent recurring problems. Organizational skills and effective communication are essential for managing your workload and coordinating technical activities.

As a Field Service Technician in our Energy and Charging Field Service team, you will play a vital role in making sure both our Renewable Energy Storage products and our Superchargers are operating at their best. In your day-to-day responsibilities, you will be travelling to sites and perform preventive maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting and repairs along with commissioning activities across various locations within Poland. What You’ll Do- Perform all on-site technical activities: related to the installation, commissioning, repair, maintenance of our Energy storage and Supercharging network in western Poland and abroad when needed
- Troubleshoot and perform root - cause analysis, both remotely and on-site
- Stakeholder managment - act as the first point of contact to contractors
- Prevent recurring issues and provide feedback to the engineering teams
- Organizational tasks, like preparing, organizing, and planning your own technical activities
- Experience as a technician in the electrical engineering field
- Experience with Low- and Medium Voltage electrical systems, High Voltage is a plus
- A passion for renewable energy
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently, motivated and a proactive attitude
- Flexible towards travelling
- Fluency in Polish and a good command of English
- An EU passport or work permit is needed for this position
