Field Service Technician, Industrial Storage - Supercharging

As a Field Service Technician for Tesla's Energy and Charging Field Service team, you'll ensure the optimal performance of renewable energy storage products and Superchargers. Daily responsibilities include traveling to various sites across Poland (and potentially abroad) to perform preventive maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting, repairs, and commissioning activities. You will troubleshoot and perform root-cause analysis, both remotely and on-site, manage stakeholders, prevent recurring issues, and provide feedback to engineering teams. Organizational tasks include planning and coordinating technical activities. The role requires experience in electrical engineering, specifically with low- and medium-voltage systems (high-voltage experience is a plus). A passion for renewable energy, excellent communication skills, independent work capabilities, and fluency in Polish and English are essential.
