Field Trainer for Powerwall Energy Storage Solutions

En tant que Formateur(rice) Technique/Terrain en Solutions de Stockage Énergétique (H/F), vous soutiendrez la croissance des ventes de nos solutions de stockage énergétique - Powerwall en France via notre réseau d’installateurs certifiés et lors d'événements clés. Vous conduirez le van de démonstration et formation Powerwall de Tesla, animerez des sessions d’information, voyagerez à l’échelle nationale pour mobiliser la communauté des installateurs techniques et soutiendrez le recrutement afin d’élargir le réseau. Vous serez responsable de l’utilisation et de la gestion du van pour vos déplacements vers les lieux des sessions de formations, tout en suscitant l’intérêt pour la gamme de produits et en offrant des expériences mémorables. C’est une opportunité unique d’être l’un(e) des premiers(es) représentants(es) de Tesla sur le terrain auprès de nos clients.

Ce poste exige une connaissance approfondie des produits et du marché du stockage d’énergie, combinée à d'excellentes compétences en communication interpersonnelle. Tesla is seeking a Field Trainer for residential energy products. In this role, you will support the growth of Powerwall sales in France through our network of certified installers and at key events.

You will drive the Tesla Powerwall van, host informative sessions, travel nationwide to engage the Powerwall installer community, and support the recruitment of new installers to grow the network. You will take charge of operating the Powerwall van to and from session destinations, generating interest in the product line and creating memorable experiences. This role provides you with the unique opportunity to be one of Tesla’s first representatives in the field to our customer base.

This dynamic role demands in-depth knowledge of the energy storage product and market, paired with excellent interpersonal communication skills. Our team is highly collaborative, creative, passionate and has a shared desire to break new ground in a constantly shifting technology and market landscape.

• Animer des formations sur les produits et leur installation auprès des installateurs et électriciens.
• Organiser des événements marketing et techniques, préparer le van Powerwall et interagir avec les électriciens et installateurs.
• Se tenir informé(e) de la gamme de produits Tesla et des outils destinés aux clients.
• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes locales de ventes, d’ingénierie et de marketing pour coordonner les visites clients et les événements.
• Conduire et entretenir le van de formation Tesla en toute sécurité, signaler rapidement les problèmes et assurer sa propreté et son organisation.
• Maintenir l’équipement technique de l’unité mobile, surveiller l’état de charge et le bon fonctionnement des équipements.
• Gérer votre temps sur la route : planifier les itinéraires, réaliser les tâches administratives.
• Voyager fréquemment jusqu’à trois semaines par mois dans toute la France, incluant éventuellement des missions les week-ends (ponctuellement).

• Conduct product overview and installation training with installers and electricians
• Conduct marketing and technical events, set up the Powerwall van and engage with electricians and installers
• Stay up to date on Tesla’s product suite and relevant Tesla customer tools
• Work closely with local Residential Energy sales, engineering and marketing teams to coordinate customer visits and events
• Safely drive and maintain the Tesla Powerwall van, reporting issues promptly and ensuring cleanliness and organization
• Maintain technical equipment in the mobile unit, monitoring State of Charge and proper equipment operation
• Manage your time on the road – plan itinerary, perform administrative tasks
• Frequent travel up to 3 weeks, at a time, each month; can include working on weekends (ad-hoc)
