Keen Software House is seeking a Finance & Accounting Manager for its game and AI development group in Prague. The role involves internalizing and improving finance, accounting, and compliance operations, taking responsibility for day-to-day accounting, payroll, financial reporting, and compliance. This hands-on position requires optimizing internal systems with minimal reliance on external vendors. The ideal candidate will be trustworthy, detail-oriented, and enjoy ownership of financial operations in a friendly, international environment.
Must have:
5–10 years in accounting, finance, or controlling
Deep knowledge of Czech accounting, payroll, VAT, and tax law
Experience with multi-entity and international operations
Fluent in Czech & English
High attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work independently
Good to have:
Ex–Big 4 or audit background
Experience supporting company audits and reporting
Familiarity with legal basics
Strategic insight into cost control, risk management, or long-term financial roadmap
Experience working with banks or negotiating financing
