Job Summary
Job Description
The Finance Associate will be responsible for the overall consolidation process and review of cross-company transactions. This individual will coordinate, manage, and support monthly consolidation close activities for timeliness, partnering with the entire team and business units to support the consolidations and internal/external reporting processes. Responsibilities include monthly and annual financial statements, billing management and payment, budget management, investment portfolio management, and shareholder communication.
Must have:
- 3+ years of accounting/finance experience
- Native or near-native communication skills in English
- Intermediate or more communication skills in Japanese (writing and reading)
- Basic knowledge and experience of web3 industry
- Basic knowledge and experience of Japanese Tax Regulations
- Experience working for both large companies and start-ups

Requirements/必須スキル
