Job Description

The Finance IT Manager will be responsible for managing projects and maintaining the Oracle NetSuite ERP financial system. This includes managing the entire project lifecycle, from gathering user requirements and conducting gap analyses to designing test cases, UAT, and providing training. The role also involves system administration, providing support to users, ensuring smooth operation of Oracle NetSuite, and adapting the system to meet the company's growing business demands. The candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, project ownership, self-motivation, and excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Must have:

3 years of finance/ERP system project management experience.
Experience in Oracle NetSuite management and implementation is preferred.
Experience in accounting and finance group consolidation is preferred.
Strong analysis and problem-solving skills.
Possess project ownership sense and self-motivation.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Fluent verbal and written English and Mandarin Chinese.

What You'll Be Doing

Responsible for the project management and maintenance of Oracle NetSuite ERP financial system.
As a project manager, manage the entire lifecycle of Oracle NetSuite system project, including research of each users’ requirements, gap analyses, test cases design, UAT, training and related work.
Coordinate users to participate in the project, provide project framework and guidelines, monitor project goals, identify risks, and ensure that projects are effectively completed according to expected goals.
As a system administrator, provide support to users, ensure smooth usage of Oracle NetSuite and solve various problems in a timely manner.
Adapt Oracle NetSuite to meet the growing business demand of the company.

What We Look For In You

Minimum 3 years' experience in finance/ERP system project management experience.
Experience in Oracle NetSuite management & implementation is preferred.
Experience in accounting and finance group consolidation is preferred.
Strong analysis and problem-solving skills.
Possess project ownership sense and self-motivation.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Fluent verbal & written English and Mandarin Chinese.
