Finance Partner

As a Finance Partner at BULKHEAD, you will play a key role in supporting financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial processes. 

You will collaborate across teams, providing timely financial insights while maintaining strong attention to detail and compliance.

What you will be doing

• Management Accounting: Handle monthly accounting tasks, including accruals, prepayments, fixed assets, and tax provisions.
• Payroll & Tax: Assist with payroll verification, VAT returns, and corporation tax preparation.
• Cash Flow & Budgets: Support cash flow forecasting, reconciliation, and budget monitoring.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process invoices, manage payments, and oversee intercompany transactions.
• Audit & Compliance: Prepare financial data for audits and ensure adherence to financial regulations.

What we need from you

• 2+ years in a finance or accounting role.
• Strong analytical skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Xero and financial reporting.
• Understanding of financial regulations and best practices.
• AAT qualification (or working towards) is a plus.
