Finance Team - Cashier (Tokyo Office)

The role of 出納担当 (Cashier/Accounts Payable) in the Finance Team, based in the Tokyo-Shinjuku Oak Tower Office, involves managing daily local and overseas payments for Japanese companies. Responsibilities include handling bank transactions (payments, receipts, fund management, reconciliation, credit card management), organizing and filing source documents and invoices, managing income and bank balances, applying for group funding when needed, handling bank account openings and daily management (including KYC compliance), collaborating with business lines to understand and resolve operational funding and banking needs, assisting in the completion of financial statements, and performing other tasks as assigned. Fluency in Japanese and Chinese is essential. Preference will be given to candidates with a Bachelor's degree and relevant experience in accounting, auditing, economics, or finance.
