Job Description
The Financial Analyst will lead and support key financial planning processes for AppleCare, including quarterly closing, short-term forecasts, and long-range strategic planning. They will build and maintain advanced financial models to track and analyze AppleCare's Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement. The analyst will consolidate and analyze financial results, identify key business drivers and trends, and perform variance analysis. They will also prepare financial statements, partner with cross-functional teams to align on financial strategy, and drive continuous improvement in financial reporting processes. The role requires clear and concise communication to finance and business leadership.

Lead and support key financial planning processes for AppleCare, including quarter close, short-term forecasts, and long-range strategic planning Build and maintain advanced financial models to support comprehensive tracking and analysis of AppleCare P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement Consolidate and analyze financial results across AppleCare functions, identifying key business drivers, trends, risks, and actionable opportunities Perform variance analysis on actuals versus forecast and deliver clear, concise explanations to Finance and business leadership Prepare, review, and analyze journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements Partner cross-functionally with Finance counterparts, Operations, Business Development, Supply Chain, Product and GBS teams to align on financial strategy Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting processes, with a focus on automation, scalability, and accuracy
