Responsibilities:
1. Provide financial guidance and strategic partnership to our various studios’ leadership team.
2. Be a strong business partner to our stakeholders to lead the studio financial planning process, including the quarterly , annual and long-range planning cycles.
3. Drive revenue forecasting in collaboration with studio, data analytics and user acquisition teams.
4. Drive insightful analysis to highlight variance drivers and identify opportunities to mitigate risk and improve performance via monthly, rolling forecasts and ad-hoc reporting.
5. Provide oversight and partner with studio leadership to manage the studio P&L to maximize the health of the business, including budget spend tracking, headcount forecasting and tracking, purchase order and invoice tracking and monthly close activities.
6. Create P&L modeling and evaluate opportunities in support of new business initiatives or new product incubation.
7. Provide strategic advice and financial rigor, ensuring the implications of business decisions are understood & aligned with profitability goals.
8. Prepare and hold business reviews for NetEase’s leadership team with clear and actionable presentation materials.
9. Identify and lead initiatives to continuously improve, standardize and automate forecasting and reporting tools and processes.
10. Collaborate with your studio partners, your international finance team and and other corporate functions.
11. Foster an inclusive culture while working with passionate colleagues to create games that are fun.

Qualifications:
1. 8-12 years of related finance experience.
2. Solid FP&A knowledge.
3. Experience with P&L management, financial modeling, forecasting, reporting and analysis.
4. Experience evaluating business performance metrics and translating to applicable recommendations.
5. Proficiency in accounting and general GAAP knowledge.
6. Experience in gaming and tech industry.
7. Knowledge of forecasting tools.
8. Strong communication skills, be reliable and be flexible for cooperation with different time zones.
9. Proficient in Japanese, Chinese and English are better.
