Job Description

The Financial System Support Manager supports the CFO Office (Finance, Accounting, Tax, Procurement, Controllers) in daily operations and financial reporting. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, acting as an internal consultant for financial system rollouts (requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, UAT, training, cutovers), and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues. This role requires strong SAP FICO expertise, understanding of procurement-to-pay, order-to-cash, and record-to-report processes, and excellent communication skills in Bahasa and English. Experience with SAP MM and legacy system interfaces is a plus.

Must have:

6+ years SAP FICO experience
Strong understanding of P2P, O2C, R2R processes
Excellent Bahasa & English communication
Experience with internal/external stakeholder management
Ability to handle day-to-day inquiries and mini-projects

Good to have:

SAP MM module experience
Legacy system interface experience
Top-tier consulting firm experience

About the Role

As part of the FIS team, you’ll support and assist the CFO Office team (Finance, Accounting, Tax, Procurement, and Controllers) in doing their day-to-day activities and generating accurate and timely financial reports for the company. Collaborating with other Financial System Support Teams, Data Engineers, Infra Teams, and others, you’ll also deliver high-performing technical solutions, especially in Financial Systems.

What You Will Do

Handle day-to-day inquiries, which include (but are not limited to): questions, incidents (bugs), and change requests (mini-projects).
Act as an internal consultant, which includes (but is not limited to): rolling out Financial systems to new/additional entities; handling internal projects, starting from conducting requirement gathering, designing solutions and blueprints, configuring Financial systems, conducting UAT, delivering training, and handling cutovers.
Collaborate with internal (other teams within GoTo) and external (vendors, product principals, etc.) stakeholders to resolve issues.

What You Will Need

At least 6 years of relevant experience working with the SAP FICO module.
Strong understanding of procurement to pay, order to cash, and record to report business processes.
Good communication and language skills in Bahasa and English (written and spoken).
Confident and comfortable facing, influencing, and getting buy-in from counterparts, end-users, and other stakeholders in day-to-day activities.
Having experience with the SAP MM module and legacy system interface would be an advantage.
A willingness to learn and work on new things (yes, we are a dynamic team).
A willingness to stand by in urgent or critical situations (sometimes, things come unexpectedly, so we’re always prepared!)
Prior exposure working in a top-tier consulting firm is a plus.

The Finance Information System team is part of the larger IT Team under the CIO Organization (The CIO Office). The CIO Office Team governs, manages, and helps GoTo Enterprise applications globally. The team is charged with leading the company's information technology strategy and implementation. All internal and enterprise systems are maintained and implemented by the CIO’s team; they look after a variety of systems, including (but, not limited to): finance, people services, productivity, operations, internal security login, authentication, account authorization, account audits, and email. The office of the CIO also leads all IT asset procurement, budgeting, and implementing equipment policies.
