The Financial Systems Manager will collaborate with finance, accounting, and Salesforce teams, as well as a global user community. This role primarily supports Zuora, Salesforce integrations, and other third-party financial systems like Oracle. Key responsibilities include leading cross-system implementation, support, and testing initiatives, along with managing system controls and helpdesk tickets. The manager will support all Zuora system changes, participate in technical discussions, define requirements, provide expertise in business process automation, build custom reports, perform system administration, create process documentation, and assist with user training. The role also involves partnering with a data team, providing API guidance, collaborating with internal audit, managing helpdesk tickets, troubleshooting incidents, supporting third-party applications, ensuring operational excellence, and communicating with stakeholders.

- Zuora revenue / RevPro and Salesforce experience required.
