Job Description
We are seeking a Finishing Works Chief for an earthquake housing project in Kahramanmaraş. The role involves overseeing the application of all finishing works, coordinating subcontractor teams, managing workforce, and tracking performance. The chief will ensure adherence to architectural details, technical specifications, quality, cost, and deadlines, while also providing regular reports to management and enforcing safety regulations.
Must have:
- Ensuring quality application of all finishing works items (plaster, facade, marble, ceramic, paint, parquet, etc.) on site.
- Coordinating subcontractor teams, planning workforce, and tracking performance.
- Guiding correct applications based on architectural details and technical specifications.
- Ensuring work meets quality, cost, and deadline targets.
- Providing daily and weekly reports to senior management.
- Supervising strict adherence to occupational safety rules.
- University degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- At least 10 years of experience in finishing works field applications.
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and application details.
- Competent in subcontractor management, time planning, and quality control.
- Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD programs.
- Strong communication, results-oriented, and solution-focused skills.
- Completed military service for male candidates.
- Able to work in Kahramanmaraş.
Good to have:
- Actively involved in similar roles in large-scale residential or public projects, preferably Emlak Konut Projects.

- Managing the coordination of subcontractor teams on site, planning workforce, and tracking performance.
- Guiding correct applications on site by being proficient in architectural details and technical specifications.
- Ensuring the work is carried out in accordance with quality, cost, and deadline targets.
- Providing information flow to senior management with daily and weekly reports.
- Supervising strict adherence to occupational safety rules.
Required Qualifications:
