Job Description
As the Fleet Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving Gojek's vehicle initiatives. You will utilize your analytical skills to generate insights from driver and car performance data, helping to identify and solve key business challenges. Your responsibilities will include analyzing data patterns, coding in SQL and Python to execute analytical frameworks, experimenting and optimizing solutions, managing relationships with stakeholders, and presenting findings to senior management. You will contribute to strategic decision-making about fleet expansion and service provider selection, gaining valuable experience in the on-demand transport industry and shaping a better, more sustainable mobility experience in Indonesia.
Must have:
- Bachelor's degree with analytical focus
- 3+ years of analytical experience
- Strong data management & Excel skills
- Excellent communication (Bahasa & English)
- Curious mind, creative problem solver
- Comfortable with ambiguity, clear analytical frameworks
Good to have:
- Relevant industry experience
- SQL, Data Studio, Python proficiency

About The Role
As the Fleet analyst, you will be the brains behind Gojek’s newest vehicle projects. From your first day, you will train in SQL and Python to generate insights about driver and car performance, helping to identify and solve key challenges for the business. In any given week, you may go from deciding where EV fleets should charge, to reviewing the driver incentives model, to working with tech teams to launch game-changing routing algorithms.
As you develop in the role, you will build industry expertise, deploying analytical frameworks to make multi-million-dollar decisions about which fleets to expand and which service providers we should use. By the end of your time at Gojek, you will have an end-to-end picture of the on-demand transport industry and will have played a key role in building a better, more sustainable experience in Indonesia’s largest mobility marketplace.
What You Will Do
- Analyse: Find patterns in driver, car, and service provider data to improve decision-making
- Code: Work with SQL and Python to quickly and accurately execute your analytical framework
- Experiment & Optimise: Design, test, and scale solutions to improve business performance
- Manage relationships: Develop connections with operators, product managers, and data scientists
- Communicate: Present findings to senior management to make quick decisions and shape the strategy
What You Will Need
- At least a Bachelor’s degree with an analytical focus
- At least 3 years of analytical experience; previous relevant industry experience is a big plus
- Solid data management and Excel spreadsheet skills; SQL, Data Studio, and/or Python proficiencies are pluses albeit not mandatory
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa and English
- Possess a curious mind and a creative approach to problem-solving
- Comfortable with ambiguity and can distill complex concepts into clear analytical frameworks
