Floor Director for Live Streaming (STAR STUDIOS Live Business)

As a Floor Director for STAR STUDIOS Live Business, you will be involved in the development, management, and operation of live streaming services. This includes procuring and constructing the streaming environment for new projects, planning and directing streaming content, operating switchers and production using in-house developed tools, managing PA operations, studio operations, and environmental management, planning streaming content, managing KPIs, and debugging. The role also involves managing and recruiting streaming staff. This position offers the chance to work with new entertainment, experience innovative expressions and technologies, and work closely with planners and engineers. It also offers the opportunity to deliver a good experience to customers through live streaming and gain experience in team management and recruitment.
