Job Description

As a Food & Beverage Host at the prestigious London Park Tower Grosvenor Casino, you'll be responsible for welcoming customers, creating a positive atmosphere, and providing first-class customer service. Key duties include confidently presenting menus, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to a fun and engaging environment. Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred, but the company will provide training. The role involves working a balanced 40-hour work week, with a night shift bonus available. Employees also receive a share of tips, a 50% discount on food, free uniforms, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

We'll teach you all you need to know and the skills to be a superstar F&B Host, all we ask is that you have previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress, bring along personality, a smile and are able to engage and deliver a fantastic service to customers.
