As Grosvenor Casino's Nottingham F&B Team Lead, you'll orchestrate seamless food and beverage service exceeding customer expectations. Lead and inspire your team to maintain high standards of professionalism and efficiency, ensuring every customer enjoys a flawless dining/drinking experience. Responsibilities include managing staff, overseeing service delivery, maintaining quality control, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a pivotal role in creating a positive and engaging atmosphere within the casino's food and beverage operation.
