Job Description
As a Founders Office Associate reporting directly to the Chief of Staff, you will work at the intersection of strategy and operations, providing critical analytical support to our co-founder and CPTO. You will manage and coordinate cross-functional initiatives, apply advanced analytical techniques, create and maintain comprehensive plans and trackers, and continuously explore innovative approaches to problem-solving. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain visibility across the entire organization while developing business acumen through hands-on problem-solving. This role offers exposure to multiple business functions in a fast-growing climate tech SaaS company.
Must Have:
- 0-2 years experience in business analysis or consulting
- B.Tech/undergraduate degree from a top-tier institute
- Strong proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders

How you'll make an impact:
- Manage and coordinate cross-functional initiatives from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and effective stakeholder communication
- Apply advanced analytical techniques and data-driven insights to guideinternal teams in making informed, high-impact decisions
- Create and maintain comprehensive plans and trackers for strategic initiatives across the organization
- Continuously explore innovative approaches to problem-solving, driving efficiency and impact
What we're looking for:
- Freshers or with 1-2 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or similar analytical roles
- B.Tech/undergraduate degree from a top-tier institute
- Strong proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools like Power BI and ability to leverage Gen AI tools such as ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude, etc.to build dashboards and automations
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
- Natural curiosity and a problem-solving mindset
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Comfort working in ambiguity and adapting to evolving priorities
