Job Description

The Founders Office Executive will assist the founders in achieving daily objectives, managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings. They will conduct research on gaming industry trends, competitors, and potential clients, draft and proofread documents, and assist in preparing for meetings. Maintaining legal documents, client files, and confidential information, assisting with special projects, acting as a liaison, coordinating with various teams for product launches and market research, providing general administrative support, and planning events are also part of the role.
Must have:
  • Previous internship experience, preferably in early-stage startups.
  • Strong documentation skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Effectively accomplishing tasks in a dynamic work environment.
  • Adapt quickly to thrive in a rapidly changing startup environment.

Job Details

We are seeking a proactive, determined and detail-oriented individual to join Xogar Games as a Founder's Office Executive. As Founders' Office Executive, you will be expected to do whatever approach it takes to help the team in some of the key business areas and assist founders with all possible tasks involved. This role involves frequent business travel within or outside the country, which requires flexibility and adaptability. You may be required to travel on short notice, it is necessary to adjust your plans, and manage your time effectively to accommodate business needs and client meetings.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist the founders to ensure all day-to-day objectives are achieved, by managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
  • Conduct research on current gaming industry trends, competitors, and potential clients to support strategic decision-making.
  • Draft and proofread correspondence, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Assist in preparing for meetings, including compiling agendas and briefing materials.
  • Maintain and organize legal documents, client files, and other confidential information.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the founders, which may include market analysis, process improvement, or client outreach initiatives.
  • Act as a liaison between the founders and internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in coordinating with the tech, product, and marketing teams to build and launch new products, build strategic partnerships and market research. Basically, establish and track progress across multiple projects (Objectives and Key Results, etc..) and work with stakeholders across functions.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the founder's office.
  • Plan and organize events as and when needed.
  • Work closely with various teams within the organization, including marketing, product development, and finance, to gather input and align research efforts.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Previous internship experience, preferably in early-stage or seed-stage startups, with strong documentation skills and keen attention to detail

• Effectively accomplishing tasks in a dynamic work environment
• Adapt quickly to thrive in a rapidly changing startup environment while maintaining organization and attention to detail to ensure nothing is overlooked.
